Amsterdam’s world-famous supperclub restaurant, lounge, gallery, club and life-enhancing experience slips its moorings and heads out onto the IJ. The luxurious, cutting-edge design of the boat is an award winner, and the see-and-be-seen open air deck, Le sexy Bar Noir and protean Salle Neige – basically one big bed -- are perfect backdrops for your evening of the unexpected. Chefs Bas Copraij and Bas Scholten prepare a five-course surprise menu inspired by everything under the sun. Dishes might include starter of Indonesian chicken soup with rice, parsley, chillies and foam of lemongrass, main course of crispy guinea fowl and green asparagus with croquette filled with pecorino cheese, and dessert of lukewarm pineapple with gin-tonic granite. There may be poets or belly dancers or installations or performance artists and there will certainly be dancing.
