      De Walvis breaks down all cultural barriers and hosts a warm and cosmopolitan feel. Here you find the kings and queens of the Flemish night scene; the skinny artistic models but also the ordinary Brussels' inhabitant (the civil servant, the refugee). During the day an excellent place to roll a cigarette and drink a little Vedett beer while leafing through the free newspapers. At night- providing a small concert isn't taking place- the speakers boost jazz and industrial electro. Throw in the ecclectic beautiful, artistic people and your night is ready for some random craziness.
